As well as having substantial experience of resolving disputes through the courts, Louise is experienced in using Alternative Dispute Resolution to resolve disputes at an early stage. She is also a keen tap dancer.

Louise qualified as a solicitor in 1995 with commercial practice Rollits, based in Hull, and subsequently worked in London and Surrey. She joined Sheppersons in September 2007 to build up the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice and became a partner in 2010.

Louise’s areas of expertise include business disputes, building disputes, residential and commercial landlord & tenant issues, insolvency, contentious and non-contentious employment, including settlement agreements, neighbour disputes and debt recovery. She regularly volunteers for Surrey Law Centre as one of their rota solicitors, to provide free advice on litigation and employment disputes.
